Ministerial Community Visit by Mr Lui Tuck Yew on 18 Apr at Punggol North

Since 2001, Punggol North Constituency has been growing from strength to strength - both in population and amenities. In particular, the current developmental works on our community club, Sungei Serangoon, Sungei Punggol, Punggol Point, the much anticipated My Punggol waterway and being the first Eco Town in Singapore - have added much excitement to Punggol 21.

On Sunday, 18 April 2010, in conjunction with the Ministerial Community Visit by Mr Lui Tuck Yew, Acting Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, our grassroots organisations have united to line up many activities for your enjoyment. The theme will be 'My Journey at Punggol - Past, Present & Future' - reflecting the very journey that Punggol town and residents have gone through to transform itself from a village kampong to a cosmopolitan waterfront eco town. The Minister will also meet with grassroots leaders and residents in a dialogue session at Greendale Secondary School.

We cordially invite you, your family and friends to join us in welcoming Minister Lui to our Constituency. We look forward to seeing you at the various venues on Sunday, 18 April 2010.
